Hi, I'm Gloria Lashley, a strategy leader with over 20 years of experience in  program management and project delivery. I previously led large enterprise projects and IT operations teams at a Big Four Professional Services firm.

Over the years, I’ve worked with onsite and global virtual teams, gaining deep insights into both business services and the people behind them. Meeting incredible individuals inspired me to start Cynosure, where we deliver practical, real-world training led by industry professionals.

I'm passionate about helping others grow through compassionate leadership and professional development. As an instructional designer, I’ve created programs for small businesses, multinational corporations, government agencies, and NGOs that balance business goals with individual needs.

I hold degrees from Wake Forest (BA) and Coles College @ Kennesaw State (MBA), along with certifications in project management, change management, Scrum, and coaching.
